PAYMENT

In Studio Appointments: A booking fee of 50% of the total quote is to be paid to secure the date and time of the service. The remaining total must be paid by/on the day of the appointment.‍ Appointments are not secured until booking fee is sent through. Booking fees are non-refundable however can be transferred to another appointment within 12 months of the initial appointment.

BRIDAL/GROUP BOOKINGS

Bridal/Group Bookings require a minimum of 4 for Christine to travel to your location.
Alternately, Christine can travel for a minimum service fee for small groups.
An upfront fee (stated upon booking) of the total quote is to be paid to secure the date and time of the service. The remaining total must be paid by/on the day of the appointment. No reduction in the number of makeup applications are allowed after the initial quote is accepted. Any additional numbers, changes in location or timing on the day will be accommodated where possible.‍

IN STUDIO LOCATION

All makeup applications are located in Beaumaris, Melbourne. The exact address will be sent to the client prior to their scheduled booking, in a confirmation SMS/email. While the studio is small, we ask you not to bring anyone with you to the appointment, unless discussed.
These appointments are located upstairs, if this is a problem please let Christine know prior to your appointment.

‍CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an appointment, please do so by contacting bystudiock@gmail.com. If the client cancels an appointment within 72 hours, Christine will retain the booking fee. Christine reserves the right to cancel your appointment for any reason and at any time, without notice to you. If we do so, we will provide you with a refund of the booking fee.

LATE ARRIVALS / NO SHOWS

In the event the client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, the appointment may need to be shortened and/or canceled. If the client fails to attend their booked appointment, it will be canceled and the total amount of the booking is to be paid. If the client fails to pay, they will be blacklisted and not be booked again.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Please do not show up to your appointment if you have the following: flu like symptoms, cold sores, eye infections and other general face infections. Christine has the right to refuse completion of the appointment to keep to the health and safety standards for other clients. If you have any skin conditions, sensitivities or allergies please let Christine prior to your appointment. Christine will not be held liable for any reactions that occur if this information is not disclosed.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Out of hours services (outside 7:00am-5:00pm) will incur additional fees. Surcharges apply for bookings on Sundays and Public Holidays.

‍PHOTOS/CONTENT

Clients agree to have photographs and/or videography taken by STUDIO CK to use for portfolio, website and/or any creative and social media outlets. Please let us me if you do not wish to have any photos/videos taken.
